Shipping Costs : We offer free shipping within Canada and the continental United States. Please note that this offer excludes shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Processing & Delivery Times : All orders are fulfilled using expedited shipping through Amazon Fulfillment Services. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery is usually completed within 2–5 business days following shipment.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Return Eligibility: We offer a 90-day return policy on all products. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and must not show signs of customer-caused damage or modification.

How to Initiate a Return: To begin a return, please contact us at monica@buildandbond.co with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

Refund Processing: Once your return has been received at our depot, our quality assurance team will inspect the product. If it meets the return conditions, a full refund will be processed. Please allow 3–7 business days from the time of inspection for the refund to appear in your account.
